This generates trust and a lot of open conversation similar to that with your friend. This in my case has worked wonders in finding just the right property within my location, time and financial constraints. Mona, by building relationships, understood very clearly my expectations, constraints and unique situations, provided me enough property options with its pros and cons. She also let her thoughts on when to let go of a property and when to be aggressive. End of the day, it was all a great experience working with her. Lots happen after your offer is accepted and she was always available to support and help throughout the process. Primary home is a big deal and decision in everyone's life. "Our first house."
I meet Mona first time in 2018 in one of Open House, and since then I remember her. In 2019, we plan for our first house. Immediately we called her and she helped us with local information, offer showing other houses, help us in multiple process (mortgage, home insurance, :) and also to decide the offer. And it worked well to buy our first house. She was follow-up always after we occupy the house, call us for any help even today.
